Anthony was a motorbike enthusiast who rode his bike all the time. The Teamsters Horsemen 40NW Association included Tony as a member. His close acquaintances referred to him as “Consigliere.” He was a die-hard supporter of both the Penguins and Steelers of Pittsburgh.
Tony enjoyed repairing bikes with his colleagues at Loc Customs. He frequently stopped by the garage for customizing. He was a brave man who had no fear of anyone.
Tony Culver Died in I-90 Motorcycle Accident: What Happened?
On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, a sad motorcycle accident on Interstate 90 resulted in the death of Tony Culver, 52, an Erie resident.
Near mile marker 37 on the freeway, he was traveling west on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Around 4:19 PM, Culver crashed after passing numerous vehicles in the left lane.
Later, he changed lanes to the left, but he slipped onto the gravel on the shoulder. While doing so, he ran into many guide rail posts.
Despite being called to the scene, the troopers were unable to save Tony. He was thrown from the motorcycle and later declared dead.
The affected area was cordoned off for the rest of the day to investigate the crash. It is near the interchange with I-86.
