Silvis Library hosts the Trunk or Treat that businesses and community organizations can sign up for and compete for prizes. This year’s event is sponsored by SBA, Silvis Main Street, Silvis Quick Change, Friends of the Silvis Library, and Royal Neighbors Chapter 20167.
