A brand new Confetti Cookie Dough McFlurry has arrived at McDonald’s and the internet is going wild.
From Oreo to M&M, the fast food chain has all kinds of ice cream flavors – but sometimes it’s the simplest that are the most popular.
Cookie dough is an iconic flavor that cannot be beaten, and the addition comes just days after the famous Sea Salt McFlurry returned in Asia.
However, it’s bad news for US McDonald’s customers…
Confetti Cookie Dough McFlurry arrives at McDonald’s
The new menu item consists of smooth vanilla soft serve blended with colourful candy confetti and cookie dough, swirled together to create a cool and creamy dessert.
It comes in snack size, a smaller option that’s just 340 calories, or a regular McFlurry which comes in at 510 calories.
The new flavor joins the Oreo, Cadbury Creme Egg, Smarties and SKOR McFlurry on the menu – but where is it available?
It isn’t available in the US
Sadly, it’s only those in Canada who can enjoy the new Cookie Dough McFlurry.
“Bring me a Confetti Cookie Dough McFlurry so I know its real, the McDonald’s Canada page tweeted on Monday (May 9).
“Is… is this real life??? IS THIS A REAL THING?” someone excitedly asked, to which they replied: “Starting today, here for a good time not a long time.”
This suggests the food item is limited edition and will only be on the menu for a few weeks – so be quick and make sure you don’t miss it.
“When I say I gasped when I got the email this morning,” another added, and McDonald’s said: “I’m still gasping tbh.”

Internet goes gaga for new McFlurry
Many have been taking to Twitter to react to the new addition, and it’s safe to say everyone is totally obsessed.
One person wrote: “Cookie Dough Confetti McFlurry won my heart today.”
“I could actually eat a whole tub of that Confetti Cookie Dough McFlurry from McDonald’s,” said another.
A third person added: “Cookie Dough Confetti McFlurry SLAYS.”
