Since 2017, the popular BBC One crime drama series Strike (also known as C.B. Strike) has fascinated audiences with its compelling mysteries and complex characters. As the series returns again for another round of suspense, fans are curious to know how many episodes are in season 5.
Based on the books of the same name by Robert Galbraith, a pseudonym used by author J.K Rowling, Strike follows private detective Cormorna Strike and his partner Robin Ellacott as they solve a series of mysterious murders.
Each season of Strike is an adaptation of different books in the Cormoran Strike series. The Cuckoo’s Calling was adapted for the first season. The Silkworm served as the basis for the second season. Season 3 was based on the novel Career of Evil and season 4 was based on Lethal White. Season 5 is based on the 2020 novel Troubled Blood.
