The club at New York City‘s Manhattan Union Square and Brooklyn will be open from 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM on Tuesday, July 4. The one in Hoboken will be open 24 hours.

The one in Broadway, Los Angeles will be open from 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM but the one in Huntington Park, CA will be open 24 hours.

Planet Fitness Club in Abilene, Texas will be open from 4:00 AM – 11:00 PM but the one in Arlington will open 24/7.

A look 4th of July Holiday’s history

4th of July otherwise known as Independence Day became a federal holiday in 1941. However, its history dates back to 1776.

On July 2nd, 1776, the Continental Congress voted in favor of the United States of America’s independence. Finally, two days later the delegates from the 13 colonies adopted what was called the Declaration of Independence. The important historic document was drafted by Thomas Jefferson, the founding father of America who later served as its third President.
