His Dallas Stars and international play
Hockey player Benn was playing Kelowna Rockets in the NHL Entry 2007 Draft 129th from the Victoria Grizzlies. In fact, Benn made the Stars’ roster in the 2009-10 seasons. He scored his first NHL goal against Roberto Luongo on 11 October 2009 of the Vancouver Canucks.
On 2 October 2012, Benn started a deal for the duration of the dispute with the Hamburg Freezers of the Geman DEL. After, he scored 4 points in the Stars’ last regular game to finish with 87 points on 11 April 2015.
