We unexpectedly lost a wonderful impact in organisation today, and it is with a heavy heart that we write. The 12U Majors coach Justin Graham passed away this morning.

Coach Justin brought his son, who was then playing in the 12U Majors, to watch Fox Sports Sox when they first began in 2018. Justin spent a tremendous amount of time helping the players develop.

He helped put in grass at our facility, threw batting practise for hours, and most importantly, he was a fantastic father to his son Trey. Without a question, Justin played a major role in Trey’s transformation into a guy people can look up to.

He was an extraordinary person. Many others considered it an honour just to have met him. The best way to describe Coach Justin Graham is as someone who is enthusiastic. From the time he sets foot on the baseball pitch, he exudes an enormous amount of energy.

His teammates are inspired to provide their best efforts by his contagious excitement for the game. His enthusiasm for baseball and contagious spirit motivate his team to give their best effort in every circumstance.
