Li sought in the lawsuit that he was designated as the executive producer of Bling Empire. Jenkins’ Jeff Jenkins Productions and Bongo, LLC allegedly “exploited the ideas and content of Plaintiff Li and entered into agreements that created liability,” according to the lawsuit.

Jeff Jenkins is best known for hit TV series like Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Total Divas. On the other hand, Li is a wealthy Chinese-American businessman and film producer with a net worth of $5 million. Interface, Cypher, and The Last Party are among her film credits. She filed a lawsuit against Bling Empire producer Jeff Jenkins for not appointing her as the show’s executive producer. She said she was the one who came up with the idea for the Netflix show.
Li’s assertions in court filings include the following:
1) Li is entitled to 25% episode fees, full executive producer compensation for each episode she produces, and 5% annual increments.
