Maya Hawke was born on 8 July 1998 in New York City, New York. She is an American actress and model. She is the daughter of actress Uma Thurman and actor Ethan Hawke.
She began her professional career as a model first modeling for Vogue. Besides modeling, she debuted a role as Jo March in the BBC adaptation of Little Women in 2017 while studying at Julliard.
Then, she landed a role for the main character of Robin in the Netflix series, Stranger Things.
