The Minnesota Lynx announced Tuesday that the team has waived former Rock Island and South Carolina guard Brea Beal.
Beal, who won the 2022 national championship with the Gamecocks, was drafted 24th overall at the WNBA draft in April.
The two-time Illinois Ms. Basketball finished her collegiate career with 847 points, 685 rebounds, 214 assists and 105 steals.
