Mississippi Valley Fair, other events return to the fairgrounds

Summer in the Quad Cities isn’t the same without the Mississippi Valley Fair.

Last year, the fair didn’t take place because of the pandemic.

This summer the fair will be back at full capacity along with other action at the fairgrounds.

Shawn Loter, General Manager of the Mississippi Valley Fair, joined Local 4 News at 4 to share what’s happening this summer.
