Mark didn’t opt to get bariatric surgery. He chose to keep his weight loss natural. 3 Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith joined TLC‘s My 600-lb Life season 11 at 611 pounds. The 36-year-old woman explained that her size and food addiction resulted from her parents’ split.
