Created, directed, and co-written by Dallas Jenkins, the multi-season religious historical drama is now deep into its third batch of episodes and has been focused on portraying the life of Jesus of Nazareth (played by Jonathan Roumie) since 2017 now, which is when the pilot reached viewers.

The Chosen season 3 episode 8 debuted on streaming on Tuesday, February 7th 2023, and is now available to watch on the series’ official app.
Season 3 episodes 7 and 8 marked something of a change for the way in which installments reached audiences.
Both episodes were unveiled in cinemas on Thursday, February 2nd, and Friday, February 3rd 2023. The screenings came courtesy of Fathom Events and fans were thrilled to witness the season’s concluding chapters on the big screen.
Ultimately, those streaming at home had to wait a little longer, with episode 7 reaching the app on Sunday, February 5th, and then episode 8 Tuesday, February 7th.
With that in mind, the entirety of season 3 is now available on the app, with eight episodes in total.

The website explains that it’s available on Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire streaming devices.
All you have to do is search “The Chosen” within Channels (Roku) or the App Store (Apple, Fire TV) and you’ll find it to download.
The Chosen achieves success with Fathom Events
Although many access The Chosen via streaming, it’s clear to see that the series has a future on the big screen moving forward, as episodes 7 and 8 weren’t the first to land a theatrical exhibition.
Ray Nutt – CEO of Fathom Events – has previously addressed the release of episodes in theaters.
“The success of The Chosen Season 3: Episodes 1 & 2 is the perfect example of how innovative the event cinema business has become and how hungry audiences are for faith-based content,” he explained, CBN News reports.
“Additionally, the robust partnership that we’ve developed with Angel Studios and The Chosen team really works – not only for Fathom Events and our exhibition partners but for fans everywhere, including several international territories who want to see this content on the big screen and as a community.”
