mind me asking why your Dad went from Dols to section 3. My Dad was assessed and treated for the few weeks he was in the mental hospital so wouldn’t that have covered sections 2 & 3? I know you can’t answer for me, I’m just trying to get my head around it.
My Dad initially got CHC for aggression which has subsided but I’m wondering if he could now get it on the basis he is unstable and falls all the time leading to terrible injuries. Wouldn’t that be classed as a medical heath condition?
