A longtime landmark in Rock Island fell victim to an EF1 tornado as storms took the Black Hawk statue down. Rock Island Mayor Mike Thoms stopped by Local 4 to talk about the future of the statue and what’s on the horizon for multiple construction projects throughout the city.
